Toyota and Lexus on Top of Consumer Reports Reliability Study

Toyota and its Lexus luxury division topped Consumer Reports' 2015 annual reliability study (subscription required), but Audi climbed to a best-ever third place among the 28 brands ranked. The German luxury brand, a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, had its best showing ever in CR's annual study, which the magazine claims to draw from a subscriber base with more than 740,000 vehicles.

Toyota Captures 'Best Retained Value' Award

Toyota Still Most Valuable Car Brand

Toyota Motor kept its title as the most valuable car brand in 2015 despite recent airbag recalls denting its worth, according to a study.

BMW remained No. 2, according to the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands study released today by market researcher Millward Brown. Mercedes-Benz was third.

Toyota’s brand value fell 2 percent to $28.9 billion, according to the study.

Toyota Stands Out in JD Power Dependability Study



Toyota, Lexus, Buick and Cadillac captured the top four spots in  J.D.
