Toyota and Vantage Mobility International (VMI) delivered a 2015 Toyota Sienna with the Northstar Access 360 in-floor side entry ramp conversion to disabled U.S. Air Force veteran and Star Spangled Salute contest winner, Susan Kirsch. The delivery ceremony was held at the American Legion in Pasco, Wash., with executives from Toyota and VMI, as well as Ms. Kirsch's friends and family and local mobility dealer, Specialty Mobility.
"We're thrilled to be a part of a program that can change the lives of deserving veterans such as Ms. Kirsch," said Doug Eaton, president of VMI. "The Star Spangled Salute contest is our way of saying thank you and giving back to those veterans who have given so much. VMI is proud to provide mobility options that help disabled veterans regain their independence. We're excited to see how Ms. Kirsch's wheelchair accessible van transforms her family's life."
