Each step in the repair process requires experience and skill. It starts with a written estimate from Certified Estimator and Collision Center Manager, Shane Kelley. Shane knows how to write an estimate correctly before presenting it to you or your insurance company. You can be sure that all necessary parts, labor and equipment are included to make sure your repairs turn out first rate. There'll be no last minute surprises for you or your insurance adjuster when you do business with Marion Collision Center. We also have years of experience negotiating with insurance companies on your behalf. We never lose sight of the fact that we are working for you.
Whenever Possible, We Only Use OEM Parts
Our first choice is to use Original Equipment Manufactured parts. These are the same brand parts that your vehicle was first assembled with by the manufacturer. Other shops try to cut corners for more profit, or work in conjunction with the insurance companies to cut costs, by using after-market parts. Sometimes they'll even use salvaged parts from a junk yard. At Marion Collision Center, we think you and your vehicle deserve better.
