For several months, trucks have dominated the top of the list of best selling vehicles.  With the improving economy, truck sales have been on fire!  But leave it to Camry to elbow it's way into the top three on the list.  After all, Camry has been the best selling passenger car in the U.S. for nearly 15 years.

Perennial front runners, Ford F-Series and Chevrolet Silverado were joined by Camry in the top three last month as the Dodge Ram 1500 fell to fourth place.  Camry had not been in 3rd place since last July but had racked up a couple 4th place finishes along the way.  But with inventory of the newly redesigned 2015 Camry finally catching up to demand, sales of the 2015 have began to accumulate fast!

Toyota sold 32,942 Camry's in the month of February.  That's up 13.6% from a year ago.  Sedan sales have not been as strong for all the Camry rivals including Nissan Altima, Ford Fusion, and Honda Accord.  None have been able to match Camry's numbers as per usual, but the historical runner-up to Camry (Honda Accord) has now fallen to 11th on the list of top sellers  Only the Nissan Altima outsold Toyota's second highest selling sedan in February...the Toyota Corolla.
