A World Class Inspection is what your vehicle receives every time it visits the Marion Toyota Service Center.  Think of it as giving your vehicle a physical examination.  Our technicians are trained by Toyota to identify any issues that your vehicle may have.  We'll make you aware of any issues and also let you know how severe these conditions are now and what they may potentially cause in the future.  A Marion Toyota World Class Inspection involves 3 steps:

 
First, our technicians inspect your vehicle when they begin your vehicle service. 


Then the technician sends the inspection results to the Service Advisor via computer.  The Service Advisor will develop a Recommended Action Plan for you to address any issues.  The action plan includes estimates for both parts and labor costs on any possible repairs.  If you are waiting in the store while getting service, you'll get an opportunity to discuss the inspection with the actual technician who performed it and that will be working on your vehicle.  If you've dropped off your vehicle, this report can be emailed to you so that you can look it over in detail before making a decision on any repairs.

 
After your service visit is complete, the service advisor will provide you with a Know Your Vehicle report.  This is like a report card for every vital system on your vehicle.  If there are any items that need to be addressed in the future, we'll even help you prioritize those.  This way, you can plan ahead, and not have to worry about an unexpected, expensive repair on your next service visit.
