Toyota unveiled an all-new 2013 RAV4 crossover sport utility vehicle today at the Los Angeles International Auto Show.  The SUV features a fuel-efficient four-cylinder engine, new six-speed transmission, two-row seating for five and a host of available in-cabin technologies.

Toyota Donates $1 Million to Support Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts



NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2012 - Toyota today announced a $1 million contribution to the American Red Cross and other nonprofit organizations to support relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Sandy in the regions worst-hit by the storm. In addition, Toyota will match employee contributions to the American Red Cross and other non-profits doing relief and recovery work in affected communities.

Toyota Motor Sales Reports 41% Increase In September Sales




TORRANCE, Calif., (Oct. 2, 2012) - Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported September 2012 sales results of 171,910 units, an increase of 41.5 percent compared to the same period last year on both a daily selling rate (DSR) and a raw volume basis, unadjusted for 25 selling days in both September 2012 and in September 2011.

TORRANCE, Calif. (Sept. 4, 2012) - Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported August 2012 sales results of 188,520 units, an increase of 40.2 percent compared to the same period last year on a daily selling rate (DSR) basis. On a raw volume basis, unadjusted for 27 selling days in August 2012 compared to 26 selling days in August 2011, TMS sales were up 45.6 percent from the year-ago month.

Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported July 2012 sales results of 164,898 units, an increase of 36.6 percent compared to the same period last year on a daily selling rate (DSR) basis. On a raw volume basis, unadjusted for 24 selling days in July 2012 compared to 26 selling days in July 2011, TMS sales were up 26.1 percent from the year-ago month.
