Toyota dominated the NASCAR weekend at Chicagoland Speedway with a win in all three premier series.
Busch continued his quest to sweep the weekend on Saturday by leading 195 of 200 laps in the Nationwide Series race in the #54 Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) Toyota Camry. He broke the record for most laps led at a 1.5 mile track that was set by Dale Earnhardt in 1986. It was his 10th win in just 20 starts this season.
JGR finished Toyota's dominating weekend in the Spring Cup Series event Sunday with Matt Kenseth winning in his #20 Dollar General Toyota Camry for the first race in The Chase for the Sprint Cup. Kenseth pulled away from Kyle Busch on lap 245, of 267, to take the lead and never look back. The two drivers finished 1st and 2nd for a great start for their quest to win the championship. Nine races remain.
