Sun damage can cause your car's interior to fade, crack, and peel which will only age it before it's time.  There are several simple ways to alleviate this problem.   Obviously, whenever possible it is best to park a car in a shaded area to prevent sun damage.  Window tints and sunshades  are a front line defense by diffusing or blocking the sun's damaging UV rays. You can also take it a step further by applying an interior UV protectant to the vehicle's leather and plastic surfaces.  Seat covers may also be used to protect the car seats.
