The April edition of Consumer Reports magazine will soon be on newsstands and have their annual rankings of their top vehicles for 2013. The Toyota Prius is picked as the top green car for the 10th consecutive year. Prius has the best EPA fuel economy with a 44 overall MPG rating. The top ranked sports car from the publication was the Scion FR-S, the latest entry from Toyota's youth brand - Scion. The Toyota Highlander won the best mark in the Mid Size SUV segment. More than 280 models were tested for the 2013 rankings.
