Toyota was recently ranked number one in the 2013 Harris Poll Reputation Quotient (RQ) survey as the most highly regarded automaker and number 19th overall for all companies. This is the 14th year of the survey and measures reputation things such as financial performance, working environment for employees, social responsibility, and the products and services offered. The poll is performed by Harris Interactive, a New York based market research firm that was founded in 1997.
