Book charts! They are now at the Number 1 spot for Customer Brand Loyalty

Toyota's brand shopping loyalty came out to 50.6% during Q4 2011. This is a powerful 2.7% jump from Q3 2011. Also moving up the ranks is Lexus, Toyota's luxury off-shoot brand. They topped the luxury vehicle version of this loyalty list.
