This individual works closely with our service and sales departments and uses state of the art computer software to identify opportunities that are beneficial for both the customer and the dealership. More specifically, it allows us to more efficiently acquire quality used vehicles and offer our customers VIP preferred terms in exchange for their vehicle. The VIP Customer Consultant identifies opportunities and schedules appointments for the actual sales staff with our existing customer base.
Successful candidates should have exceptionally strong people and phone skills. they will be friendly, articulate and organized. Individuals must be self-motivated and be able to function without constant supervision. Computer proficiency is also required. We have a strong, unique training program for this position. Training is ongoing. No previous automotive experience is required.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position. Compensation is hourly wage plus incentives based on results. No ceiling and the sky is the limit for top performers! This is an opportunity to build a long term successful career with a great company.
