Parts Department Manager
Responsible for running a high volume, profitable and efficient parts department within a dealership framework. This position will be responsible for accomplishing the objectives of the department by utilizing purchasing procedures, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising. Acceptable candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be capable of reading and editing spreadsheets.
Other responsibilities include:
- Work daily with our Service Department and Collision Center to provide fast and excellent service
- Look for and develop opportunities to grow the Parts Department business
- Attend dealer leadership meetings
- Run a capable and customer service oriented parts customer retail store
- Monitor inventory to maximize turns and minimize obsolescence
