Meet Nicole Apple

Nicole is one of our newest Marion Toyota team members.  Her position with the dealership is "VIP Customer Consultant".

We want every customer we have to feel like a VIP because to are!  Nicole's role is to help build long lasting relationships with our existing customers and when a unique situation presents itself, make the customer aware of their options and opportunities.

Nicole will be interacting with customers in and around our service lounge to make sure that the dealership is meeting your expectations.  You may also hear from Nicole when there is an opportunity available to you that you may not be aware of.  These might include:

  • Marion Toyota purchasing your vehicle back from you
  • Offering to upgrade you to a new vehicle and lowering your payments
  • Offering to upgrade you to a new vehicle and rewarding you with cash back for the equity in your existing car
